Question 2000 3.8 eng into a 1998?

I am trying to find out if a 2000 3.8 eng will plug and play into a 1998.
Both have manual trans,but i don't know if i have to change the harness and ecu?Can anybody help?

You need to reflash the computer, and there's something else you have to do, that I can't think of right now . ..

I'll try to remember. But it's a lot more straightforward than any other type of swap. You might contact Supersix motorsports.

Yea I am doing that myself.Except mines a 96.I hope to got it wont cost a fortune to swap.Keep us posted if u do it or what ever u find out
