Anyone have a ideal of what the top speed of the 2005 v6 4litter mustang is?

118?? I know that what the 99-04 is...Im not sure if they changed it or not.

Look at the sidewalls of your tires. It's speed limited to the tire capability.

Usually, it's around 112 mph on the v6 cars, since they use cheaper rubber. You can have it removed, in which case it'll probably go to 136.

New tires DON"T make you go faster. What he's saying is that the car may be electronically limited to whatever the tires are capable of. If you go and buy new tires, the car will still be limited to the factory setting. You would need a flash tuner/chip to take the limiter off.
