Whats the best intake for my 96? Wich one will give me the most HP????

Your only two options are to port the stock intake or do a 99+ head and intake swap. The only company that makes an aftermarket V6 intake is Super Six Motorsports and it is a race piece, not something you want to put on an otherwise stock engine.

you mean cold air intake? or intake manifold?
if it's Cold Air intake, look at either K&N or Demolet.
If it's an Intake Manifold you're looking for, the questions already been answered.

Monkeyboy gave you the down low on the Manifold.
Porting your manifold will flow more than a 99+, even a ported one. but the 99+s are a safer choice.
you can find 99+ heads and intake at a dime a dozen.
