Default 2000 Ford Mustang Convertible Problem. Someone HELP!

My v6stang has been running like **** lately. It has an exhaust leak from one of the gaskets and I think the spark plugs are pretty much gone. It won't idle when it's in D. *Automatic(Lazy here)* I'll take a vid of it if I can, but it doesn't want to idle for crap and when I hit the gas, it shakes vigorously; Stuttering, I believe. But would someone give me advice? Novice at cars let alone fixing them.

There can be many reasons for this.

Have you had somebody ( Autozone does it for free) check for error codes?

Why do you "think the spark plugs are gone"?
When was the last time a tuneup was done? Fuel filter, air filter, plugs, wires,...

The exhaust leak might trip a code, and/or make the car run poorly, as this is changing the exhaust content that the 02 sensor sees, so the car makes adjustments based on faulty information.

Holy ****. I didn't know Autozone Does that **** for free. Like, it feels like it getting ready to die when I hit the gas. It drops almost to 0rpms and shakes like an earthquake and jumps and the rpms skyrocket to like 4k. I'm actually in my back yard taking it apart. Thanks man for the help.
