balance shaft? questions need or no

okay so I currently but a rebuilt engine and it doesn't come with the balance shaft bearings are the gear but I'm old engine I did have the balance shaft how important is that do I need it is it better does it affect the performance in any wayits a 99 v6 3.8 liter Mustang

Could you repost that in some sort of coherent question please.

I'm gonna guess you're asking if you need to run the factory balance shaft. Well, it's not there for looks. While it may run without it, the 3.8 is not know a as smooth engine so you'd likely have vibration issues.
