It's too big, you're gonna' lose some power. Put reducers in the system if that's what you want.

I have no idea, I've never really cared about sound so much as performance.
You can go to Magnaflow & see if they have a clip, or go to mustang exhaust to see if they have one, but remember the sound quality will depend on your speakers . . .
Maybe someone from this site or another one has a car with the exhaust near you?

yeah, it will return the torque/hp back to the system. you just need to reduce the 1st pipe aft of the cats to 2-2.25"
Your exhaust shop will know how to do it.
