you can get 450+ hp for around 3-6,000 dollars, depending on how much of the work you did yourself.
Whether or not it's worth it -who knows? any modding is not worth it, as you'll never get out what you put in, except in enjoyment. What's "enjoyment" worth? -Depends on the person, I reckon.
