Does anyone else have problems when it is cold with their driver's side seat belt not retracting back like it should? Also, sometimes when putting it on it gets all jammed up. Is this something they can fix/replace? Thanks

The dealer might do it for free, it's a voluntary recall item.

I keep forgetting most people don't drive 40,000 miles a year! My warranty was gone the 1st year!

So it this also a problem on the passenger side as well? Mine works fine as of now, so I assume they wouldn't replace that one.
You'd assume correctly, but since the dealer doesn't have to shell out anything, all you have to do is complain that it's "intermittent" and they'll probably do it -it's no skin off their noses . ..

Hey thanks for the info. Since you are the wizard, I have another question. The rocker panel on driver's side is a little loose. With that be warranty covered as well or should I just fix this?

your warranty is bumper to bumper. If you have any problems, annoyances, etc, get 'em taken care of before the warranty is over!!!
