you've got plenty of torque - better torque than hp. High RPM clutch drops will burn out your clutch, and you're better off using your torque anyway. At the VERY most, I wouldn't do more than 2500 RPM . . .
I haven't seen a hp/tq graph on a 94-98 in a long time, but with 145 hp, and 215 tq? you've got to use your advantages.
