Default 210 to 300 hp a good idea?

Bought the 2005 Mustang last year, Torch Red V6, Red Leather, IUP, great car! Thing is after a year I got that bug that says "Go get the 300hp". Anyone trade up after a year? If so what was the best way to do it? I gotta believe trading it in to the dealer is NOT the way to go vs. selling it outright, but who knows? No really, who out there knows?

Best way is selling and accept the fact that you lost some money in a bad deal

Trading it in to the dealer is not the best option, except on some rare ocassions where the dealer needs to fill their quota, so go to several dealers, ONE might offer you more for your car or sell you a V8 with more reasonable conditions.

If that fails, show the car to as many people as you can, make them drive it and offer to sell

Default Why

would the "best way" be to sell the car and accept the fact that I lost money on a bad deal? What is the "bad deal?"
