Default I want to make my V6 to GT

First of all hi to everybody, I am new on the forum hoping to learn a lot from the experts.
Well, I have a mustang 2001 v6 , and I want to upgraded to GT, I have the exaust sytem already, but I have some questions.
-Do they side scoops for GT will fit my V6?
-If I want to make the hood lake the GT one do I have to by the whole hood, or I just need to buy the hood scoop and it will fit?
-I am about install a suspension taken from a GT 2000, will it improve my handling performance? or I would better ask, is the GT suspension better than the one from v6?

I hope someone can answer my questions.
Thank you!!

What are you trying to upgrade?

If it's suspension, forget it, the GT Suspension isn't that much better. Unless you're getting a Bullitt or Cobra suspension, the GT pieces are only marginally better.

Grab the rear sway bar, though.

For the money, the aftermarket is better re: shocks, springs, etc.

If you're going for appearance, everything from the GT will bolt on to the V6.

Marginally better. Given a choice between installing and paying for the installation and or used shocks & springs, you're going to be better off going with Bullitt or Cobra Spec at a minimum or Koni Sport shocks and steeda or Roush Springs.

You won't notice that much of a difference because the GT stuff isn't that great to begin with.

The suspension is one of the 1st things that get thrown away off of GT cars. It's why they're so plentiful. You can pick 'em up at Saleen, Roush, etc., etc., etc.,

For the time and money involved, set your sights a bit higher. Even Monroe shocks from Sears are an upgrade over the GT units.

Thank you for your information.
The thing is that I getting the suspention very cheap, and I will intall it my self. So thats way I was interested in knowing about it.
So the sway bar is better on the GT, both the front and the rear.

Now, If I want to make my hood like the GT one, I buy the scoop only, so I think I have to make the wholes on my hood to bolt, right?

yeah grab the rear sway bar cuz i dont think v6s even come with one (someone correct me if im wrong) and i think it all depends on what scoop u get. u might be able to find one that doesnt need wholes (kinda ricey but if thats what u want) but i would be much more comfortable with one that was screwed in.....

Eibachs are quite firm. great for autocross, not so good on rough roads.

Ford Racing drop springs give you a better ride quality.
