Default New Plugs and wires - dirty engine

I jus finished installin a new set of plugs and wires. It's amazing how my stang feels now. New plugs makes it drive like new. It's the second set of plugs, so that wasn't the first change. In changin them however, I noticed jus how dirty that engine is under there. I'm sure there's a way to clean all that. I'm wondering how can i do that safely without frying anything??

just don't use full power, and try not to hit coil packs & wiring. Or find a reputable detail shop.
