If the GT were the same model year or newer and mileage on the GT were closer to yours (and the possible increase in insurance weren't going to be too big a hit in your case - depends on age, driving record, etc.) then I would say go for it. However, with the GT being older than yours, higher in mileage and not that much higher in horsepower, plus the fact that there is a very good chance that the GT has been hotrodded into the ground, I would agree with Kmagn13, keep your V6 - you know how well it runs, how dependable it is, etc. If you really want a GT, look for a better/newer/lower mileage one.
