Question 1998 Mustang V6 performance upgrades

hey guys, i own a stock v6 98 manual mustang and i love it. im in college though and i'm not making enough cash to super charge it or anything that expensive. the car is in execellent condition but has 130,000 miles so putting a load of money into isn't really an option for me. i was wondering if you guys could give me some advice on some little things i could do to improve the performance of the car and some part brands you recommend getting or staying away from. thanks

Besides the usual dual exhaust, CAI, and underdrive pulleys, I would suggest doing some real thorough preventative maintenance on it. Make sure your wires, plugs, intake, and fuel system are all gone through before any type of mod. These can throw off your system if not taken care of.

What's your goal and budget?

at 130,000 miles, you should take care of the chassis before doing any engine work -at least if you plan on keeping it.
