It makes the car look bad. The body has smooth, curved lines, then the body kit has hard lines. There's almost no curviture to the kit. I'd go with something that has similar lines to the body.
When I first got my 95 i thought i would put a body kit on it, but everyone is right it looks a little bit too much like an import, but its your car, you should do what you want and make it look like how you like it.
