FMS make a very nice set of wires , I would not change them unless they are giving you problems and no they will not add 14 HP .

I tried several different after market wires & the only one's I found that were good quality were the genuine Ford Racing wires. Any dbl. platinum plug will also do nicely... Regards, Johnny M.

You'll have to look at the manual, but I think it's 50,000 on the tranny, and 30,000 on the coolant.

I never recommend any one brand of anything. I'm not paid to give endorsements . ..

Redline is good, as is any synthetic.

If anyone decides to pay me a few thousand for every time someone reads my endorsement, I will give it.

Until then, I'll just give a few manufacturers, unless one of them is troublesome.

the big services are 30k 60k and 90k. or in otherwords 30k mile intervals. at 45k, you should do the oil, check the air filter, brakes, and change the fuel filter. the big services (30K) include changing trans fluid, coolant, fuel filter, air filter and tire rotation. if you have an auto, then i would only use mercon V as well as all ford fluids.
