It's gonna depend on your cam choice. I'd guess the best streetable number you're gonna get is around 250-260 hp.
But you're gonna have to give him a ring to figure it all out.
Well thats a buzz kill , I was hoping that I could get closer to 300.
I am going to have it dyno-tuned with a premium tune if that would help. What do you mean by give him a ring to figure it out?

Call him or send him an e-mail.
He has applications that can hit 300hp, but you're going to need a race cam, some exotic top end stuff and you can forget about a blower, there would be too much overlap.
The big decision you're going to have to make is whether you want the flexibility of being able to use a power adder later on.
with a race cam, I think your only option would be nitrous.

Right now I am not planning on going supercharged or nitrous.
What I would like to do is build a N/A 6 that could beat a 05-07 GT.
Of course as time goes by my plans could change but for now that would be enough to make me happy.

Are you talking about whp or at the crank? 300hp at the crank is between 225-240hp at the wheels.
you don't need 300 whp to beat an 05-07 GT.
You've already go the weight/hp numbers (3500lbs/300hp=11.66 lbs/hp), you only need to beat those numbers.
If you took no weight off the car (assuming 3100 lbs), you would equal the GT at approximately 265 hp with the correct setup.
If you removed 200 lbs from the car you would match at 250 hp.

I was talking about 300 at the crank. BTW, I saw a deal where they dynoed a stock GT and it made 255 RW, of course GT's are conservitivly rated.
Back to point, I would like to get around 300 crank so beating a GT would only be a moderate task, I don't want it to be a evenish race.
That's 15% driveline loss. which is about right.
your car will generally have a 20% loss, due to the heavy flywheel/DS, etc.
But you also have to remember the 2005 cars are 11% heavier . . .

well I am going to put on lighter flywheel so that will cut some of the driveline loss.
I know the 05+ is heavier its just that I have a challenge waiting for me when I get my project completed and I figured if I could equal its power to the crank then I could definetly avoid embarassment.
I guess all in all I wouldn't be objective to a pretty tricky intake manifold considering I'm not planning on supercharging and as far as the cam I wouldn't mind going pretty hot as long as it doesn't sound like the muffler is going to fall off at idle.
Just a thought, I was figuring that I had around 225hp with my current mods (correct me if I'm wrong) so that means that with all three of those I would only gain 35-40hp?

at the wheels. 45-55 at the crank (assuming streetability). which is a great number . ..

I know, I can't wait until I get the project finished!
With 17 hours of school and working as much as I can it is really hard to find time to get things rolling.
