well your not going to get 15-20 HP from any... you can get around 5 HP or so... BBK is ok.... k&n... or demolet... plasitc is better then metel... since it does not hold heat like the metel ones do...
Any suggestions for CAI for around $200 that will add between 15-20 hp? It would also help if it was known to be a reliable brand.
Under the most adverse conditions you'll make 12 hp over nominal.
Demolet is probably the most cost efficient, makes the most power, and is able to handle higher HP numbers due to the width of the intake.

Really any CAI works, just removes the ridgidy old intake and replaces it with a smoother, larger, more straight intake. I used a MAC in mine, but in retrospect i think i may have wanted to get a cheaper one then a heavy chrome one.
average around 5-7 Hp your never going to get 15-20 from CAI alone
That's at 60-75 degrees.
As the temp goes up the Demolet will make as much as 12 hp over nominal at 90+ degrees. .
