it can be done. anything can be done with enough money and time. im starting to collect parts so i can do the same with my car. best bet would be to buy a wrecked cobra and transfer all the parts. here is a basic list

I have a 99 and I would like to swap with a 99-04 non-supercharged 4v cobra engine. The main reason is it looks cheaper to do the swap than buy a cobra. or am I wrong?
depends, swaps require a lot of swapping. You're basically rebuilding a cobra. so the cheapest way is to buy usually a parts cobra and putting them into your body. If you do all the work yourself of course it only costs as much as the parts cost and depending where you get them. If it was me I'd just buy the cobra (that's just me) some people love to do this kind of swap.

Yeah the swap is a lot of work. I was planning on doing it but then I found out how much I would have needed. I just ended up picking up a 95 cobra and I love it.
