I was wondering what kind of cam i should get for my 2003 automatic. Someone told me to go with a gt take-off but i thought i would ask you guys first. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Someone told you to get a cam from a GT?
I am pretty sure that won't work. As far as who makes the cam I'm not sure who is better, comp cams is the traditional, but for someone to spec you a cam www.moranav6racing.com and www.supersixmotorsports.com are both good places.

I have owned a mustang I just want more of a challange to put a 3000LBS car in the 11's is easy to put a 4000LBS truck that is so aerodynamicly challanged in the 11's is much more satifying. Why do you have a problem with me being on this forum? Atleast it is a ford and a V-8 at that tell you what we can run my truck non-lightening against your mustang for the right to be here hahaha. It's going to depend on your mods. Do you want a custom cam, or one off the shelf?
If you're pretty much Stock, give Competition Cams a call and go through the selection process.

well why don't we ask that of the guys that have chevy's on the 1/4 mile table. I am a ford nut I have owned mustangs and will again one i get my truck as fast as I can then i will put the drive train in a mustang and hopefully pic up a good 1.5 seconds. Now I actually found this sight to find a cartooned cobra so I can have it embroidered in my head rests. Is 3 good points enough?
