if it has been on a car already i woulnt buy it just because you will have to get the thing reprogrammed. you can get a brand new one for about that much anyways so to me its not worth it.
In the decription it says the tune was un-installed from the previous vehicle which means you are most likely fine, but just to be careful you might ask the seller if it is un married.

I think that would be de-married. Unmarried is not yet married, like when you meet this really hot woman with a really ugly one. That's when you ask your buddy to take one for the team.
