Sorry this reply is late. I already checked and the 2 autoZ's here dont carry it for a "95", or it was the fact they wanted WAY TOO MUCH for it. Im just wondering What kind of reader it is.

Not all 95's are OBD 1's.
If the car was built in late '95 then it should have an OBD2. Look under your dash on the right side (gas pedal side).

When I was trying to get a code reader (without looking what my car took) every auto parts store said they didn't have an OBD I.

After finally looking for the OBD hookup under the hood, I couldn't find it. Whoop, OBD plug-up is an OBD II under the dashboard.

mine is near gas pedal. Autozone had the reader to give the codes to me like a year or so ago. NOOO, I didnt write them down. He told me it was left and right bank O2s. I asked if they had a reader for sale and the guy told me no, but it could be ordred, and I dont think it was in the $30. range.

So, If its in the center panel, near the gas pedal, its an OBD-2 ?

Yes.

OBD 1's are under the hood.

Autozone probably thinks that you have an OBD 1. Advance auto & autozone both carry one for $29.99

The one at advanceauto is in a plastic case with orange labeling.

hahah i second that!! 94 was a transistion time between obd 1 and 2. 94+ V6 mustangs are all obd II and EECV but 94-95 5.0 mustangs were still obd I and EECIV. in 96 all cars were obd II. basically a good rule to follow, if its got a distributor, its got obd I. not sure about 96 broncos, and F series though.
