There is a difference between can use a 100 shot and should use a 100 shot. You can put a 100 on there but you might as well of lit the fuse to a time bomb. Stock bottom end daily driver shouldn't run over 75 and with your high mileage you might want to do 50 to be safe; but as Shiner said it all depends on the tune.
