if it's a 99+ they're the same heads -the intake is different.

Not really they both pretty much suck .

The intake has more volume, for more torque production, but it won't clear your hood. You can also use a windstar intake, but it won't clear either.

The best way to increase the volume of the OEM intake is to get a spacer.
