Hey All, or should I say y'all. We went to a local Mustang show at the track today. There are some really nice rides around here. I told myself that I wasn't going to run my car today, but that only lasted an hour or so. I just couldn't stand it!!!! Anyway, I finally broke 10 seconds in the 1/8!!!! My best run was 9.84. Not too shabby for a stocky. Most of the GT's were running in the low 10's(except for the 05+) so that was when I decided to run it. I wanted to show them what our 6's could do. I never ended up lining up with one, but I did get spanked by a Roush 360R. I still stopped him afterwards and gave him the thumbs up.

Then upon getting home, we decide to finish the newest addition to the family. The pictures are below. There is one at the start of the project. I still need to put the gauges back in and the racing seats should be here next week. Then it will be off to paint. What a big project it was!

That was his V6 not the GT

Actually, it was both. Most of the GTs were in the low 10s -Except for the 05s.

All the GT's that were there were pre 99's, or 05+. The Camaro, 442, and other Chevy's were in the 10's. It was at that point that I decided to run. I just wanted to smoke them with my 6. They hate that......
