Default Underdrive Pullies

what are good underdrive pullies that cost under $200? and i'd rather not go to a salvage yard. I want more mpg more than anything. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

It wont be hard for you to find a good set of pullies for under $200 with belt. I would get the %25 underdrive so you dont damage your accesories. Try going to vpmtuning.com or almost any other mustang site.

get the motoblue 42% reduction pulley. that thing works great. i've had it for like 6 months now and all my accessories run fine. you can find it at rpmoutlet.com

i went to rpmoutlet and i had like five options for the underdrive pulleys. do i want to $90 set or the $200 set?

don't forget to clean the air filter/maf and pump up your tires, those are some big culprits in losing MPG, you got those things good your MPG will go up

I have not had any personal experience with rpmoutlet.com and from all the forums i've been reading i dont think I ever will. It's only fair to warn you that a lot of people on different forums have nothing but bad things to say about that site. Please shop carefully.

Get the entire set & belt for the 42% pulleys. You'll optimize what they were originally made for. You'll prob get about 12hp out of it as well. It's not hard, it took me about 30 minutes to do. The hardest part is removing the alternator pulley. Go rent an electric impact gun, because you won't be able to get that off without it.

If you forgot the route of the belt, don't worry, the diagram is under the hood.
