so here is the thing i need help with decidin is on the octane levels i should get on my vmp tuner the octane levels here are 87 89 93 and i was just thinkin about gettin 1 of each.. just start low and go higher but idk i was just wonderin what my fellow mustang people think i should do.. maybe someone who has had a custom tune could tell me what u did? please n thank u

It mainly depends on if you feel like spending the money for the higher grade gas. In my opinion its stupid to have all 3. Either get the lowest setting for daily driving then the highest for racing or just get the middle octane setting for all the time for the street imop.

i just went ahead n got 89 89 93.. n it is a daily driver.. so yea.. i like the higher octane than 87 just bcuz i got that extra boost lol

Me too..... Although I have a 91 tune in case I go somewhere and all they have is 87-91...... You never know when you're traveling out in the middle of nowhere.
