1) any 99-04 hood will work - the material is the question. DO you want OEM, Fiberglass or Carbof Fiber?
2) try Cervinis or mybodykit.com or pick up a mustang magazine.
3) the more mounting holes/fasteners, the less stress cracking and a lower chance the scoop will fly off the hood.
