Cool How Would I Get My 3.8L V6 Mustang To Roar!

What is some simple mods that I can add to make my 2002 3.8L V6 engine roar with hp? Would adding a supercharger be enough? or exaust?

If you want sound and some slight add'd Hp go with a Exhaust system. If you Want alot more HP go with the S/C, Althought.. it will cost you a good amount more, but youll get that S/C sound. All depends on what you want.

True dual exhaust and 4.10 gears. Only a few HP gained with the exhaust but it will give you the sound you're looking for. 4.10 gears will pull really hard but will give you poorer highway mileage. 3.73s are a good balance. total cost for parts and labor should be around $900 +/-

Lol, I wish I knew of a shop where I could get my exhaust (my set up cost me $500) and gears done. I've been quoted any where from $400-1,000 for a gear install :/

$400 is typical for a gear install. I had one bad experience with a shop and one good experience. The first time i had a gear swap only. It cost me $400 but then the gears were whining and they said that's how it was....Bullsh!t. They charged me $400.

After about 2 years, i bought a T-lok and took it to a Tranny and Diff. ONLY shop. Fixed the gear whine, that was about $350

If you want to do that, do it all at once and save $$$!!!!
