Default 1994-1998 Convertible vs Hardtop seats

Can anyone tell me if the seats from a convertible will fit into my hardtop, I have an opportunity to get a complete leather interior out of a convertible to change for my cloth....Im not sure if everything will bolt up for front and back...need to know by this saturday Sept 22 as the car is being scrapped out...
convertible is 1996, I have a 1997

Front seats should be no problem.
Rear seats are not the same in convertible and coupe.
(Coupe seats constructed to fold forward for pass-though. Convertible not. I believe there are other differences as well.)
Why not go for just the front buckets?
