Ha Ha Its turbo time

Yup we decided to start installing the turbo the other day. Got the front bumper off, ac&ps brackets. Started putting the turbo headers on and after one and a half days got those beasts on. What a pain in the butt that was.
Thats all that we have accomplished thus far. And yes i know i dont have a built tranny for it yet but it will be comin in the future. This week we will continue to hook up the turbo. Then start to take off the upper so we can get to the injectors!
itll be a while b4 the motor runs again but it doesnt matter cuz we've started!!!!

tubos are the way to go man. You boost that car shine1!!!

beides...the V6s aren't a whole lot of muscle.

Yeah, the work has begun but there's still a ton of things he needs for it. I would have helped take the front fascia of the car off on Friday night, but things were a little foggy.

We'll post pics of the progress soon......

I am doing the same, but Im still waiting for some parts (mainly plumbing for the exhaust and intake). Good luck.

yesterday dad and i went to the store to get some bolts and find some gaskets so we could mount the turbo up. But no one had gaskets and had to order some. we got the bolts though and still mounted it up just to see what it looks like.
all i can say is i cant fricken wait!!!!

Well, he still has a tranny, 60# injectors, and exhaust to deal with let alone the tune by Delk, so we're really taking our time with it. If he had all the parts(and cash) we would have been done a week ago. It will be ready for the V6 Challenge next March in Alabama hosted by our own
GT-EATER. You all should try to make the trip. IT'S AWESOME!!!!!!
