wanting to switch from 5 speed to aode from 5.0

can this be done I want to swap to an automatic for my daughter to be able to drive for her first car she wants dads car but it is a 5 speed 3.8 v6 I have a good aode from a 1994 5.0 will this interchange I need help!

Physically it will swap, but there are wiring and computer issues to deal with. I think there were a few guys that did it here who can help.
