Does anyone here have the ram air shaker scoop system for the 1999-2004 v6 mustang? How big of a difference does it make to have the shaker at 800$. Granted it has a very aggressive look and feel, but does it add sperb performance?

No its not really a power adder but your engine will be cooler due to the air coming in therefor your car wil most likely run better and is less likely to be sluggish. Those shaker hoods do look great though.

were do u get a shakes hood?

and do they have them for the 94-98's?

sad to say i dont think they do. 99 and up. i went to Mustang Parts & Performance - American Muscle

hey im wondering if its just the hoodscoop on the hood because it looks like the mach 1 and connected to manifold and comes through the hood

The only thing that the shakerscoop do, it's allow more cool air into the Throttle body through de Intake tube, It does the same thing that the CAI. You can watch more results if you have a non fenderwall CAI.
Then you gonna feel a better Throttle response and a little gain in MPG, not much like a power adder or a tuner.
