Default 1997 mustang 3.8 Twin Turbo Project

Hi, I'm new in this forum and I wanna see what you'll know about force induction in the mustang of this year also about the ECU and Mass Air Flow meter and the cuality of the piston and push rods. I'm gonna built a twin turbo with 2 T3 turbo w/ intrecooler at 12 PSI with stock block and heads. I have this car since 2001 and I have to tell this car is Inmortal. I have bit it up in the streets and the drag speedway getting a 15.8 last time fromt he stock 17.5 with full stock engine I mean REALLY stock even the spark plugs. I have never have problems with the engine neither componets. The only problem is the differential 7.5 the sun gears can't handle the torque but like I said I wanna see what you'll know I'll really apreciate your info. If any body know where I can get a ticker head gasket for drop the 9.0 stock compression and a blow trough MAF sensor.

You do know that a thicker head gasket will reduce flame travel and atomization, and with a stock engine you will want to reduce any chance of hot spots and detonation you can get?

Then again, I don't have a clue what i'm talking about

So you are telling me that the ticker head gasket is not a good idea?I just wanna drop the 9.0 to about 8.5 so I can put 15 PSI

15 psi will be way too much for your stock engine. The proper way to lower your static compression is with the pistons. I suggest you build the engine before throwing all this boost into it.

7 or 8 psi is lower cause of blowing a piston it depends to miles you have on the pistons

As Anthony said the best way to go is to build the engine . Don't relate
Psi to Power , 15 Psi with stock heads and cam and intakes would produce less power than 15 psi with ported intakes, heads and a good aftermarket cam , remember Psi is a measurement of restriction, not a gauge of power .
