i have a 35th anniversary V6 and i want to know what the difference is between those and the other models

the rear sway bar is part of a aftermarket handeling package.
Mainly the 40th has just more apperance items

the anniversary edition was so ford could put a little money into the car and make a huge deal about it. This is how they make their money (ex, 100year centenial,40th anniversary , 35)

yes in the long run it is the same just the simple interior and exterior differences. Unless you have the 2004 40th ann. it has the bigger motor made in canada called the essex.
