Default how should i fix my rear bumper?

as some of you may know, i got into an accidnet not to long ago, and my bumper got messed up, but im suprised on how well it took the damgae. the thing is, im not sure how to fix it, since i first thought i was gonna half to strip the whole bumper, then repaint, but i dont think i need to do all that much work.

what would my options be?, since i plan to do this myself

honestly, in your situation, I'd just trash that bumper and get a new one. Get yourself a GT bumper or an aftermarket bumper and you'll be much happier. That bumper is torn the heck up, and cracked as well.. just toss it.

THere may not be much Visual damage, but the Impact Foam inside the bumper is done for. If you get hit there again, you are screwed.. That is assuming that Mustang bodies have impact foam (Why wouldn't they? I don't know.. Correct me if I'm wrong though)

Go with what Stanger said.. Get an aftermarket bumper

for our model year, their really isnt a GT bumper, like wat the 99+ guys have, our GT bumpers just say GT on it, which would be dumb to put on
