you'll lose power across your RPM range by removing the cats.
Headers won't do anything until you 1) do some porting & change the cams or use a power adder.
Probably 5-7 hp more than you have.
Add a fulllength intake that draws air from the high pressure area in front of the front wheels, and the dual exhaust will get you 15 or so.
Underdrivers will get you more power than the chip.

so i'am looking about a 10hp increase with pulleys and and like around 15 torque?
sure on pulleys alone. Pulleys are one of the few that keep on giving. the more power you make the pulleys free the same percentage, no matter what.

so you think adding the pulleys with those mods i have uptop not including the chip..il be at good numbers?

i just recently put new spark plugs..i have the stock wires..my car is a 00..my dad said i should get them..and with the combination of those wires and new plugs..il gain some hp
The factory has done a pretty good job with the engine, as designed - for the cam and intake, it leaves maybe 20 hp or so in the table. The exhaust until the y-pipe is very efficient, the accessories, flywheel, and other GT spec items are not.
The real killer is the amount of air you can get into the engine -it's built for torque more than hp.
To make real power, you've gotta open up the intakes, and free up trapped hp.
The coil can support more than 300 hp, the exhaust is good up to about 250 or so, the wires don't come into play until you can open up the RPMS.

you'll pick up some throttle response for increased tq, but you'd get more from an intake manifold spacer to increase plenum volume for 75-100 dollars.

im gona get my pay check soon...so with that pay check..im trying to get a part that will add the most hp. its either the ud pulleys..the chip..or throttle body..wut do you think i should go for..and il probably by those wires aswell
