hey I just put on a cai and there is a hole in the pipe right above the maf sensor. It comes up as a small rubber cone with a small hole in it. I have no idea what it is. I have looked up pictures and some have something covering it up and others don't. Do I need to put something over it? or is there something else I need to buy for it?

I have the same system. You need to cover up that hole. I ended up putting in a stainless steel bolt in mine. That is a generic intake, and is designed for cars with a separate IAT sensor. Our model years are
integrated into the mass air sensor.

I hope you disconnected the battery while doing the install to reset your system. If not, just diconnect now and let it sit for awhile.

im looking to purchas a cold air intake..just have had a few questions about em...which one would u recommend?..do you need to purchas a MAF sensor?..and replys would be helpful thnks
