The front windshield costs arounf $100 to replace, not really a set back, but as far as the side goes, how bad is it? Try looking around your local junk yard or ebay.
check your local salvage yards, I've found good cheap glass, got a windshield, installed, for like 75 bucks...
Also, check with your insurance people, Depending on how bad it is, especially with nicks and gouges, it can actually be repaired... Some insurance people will actually do it for free, to avoid having to replace the entire glass in the future..
And if you have to pay, and it is repairable, it can be done for like 20 bucks.
Make a couple calls, never hurts..

In California you can actually write down the license plate number of those trucks coming from those rock query (or however its spelled) and call you insurance company and have the truck company pay for it since they are the main cause of it where I am from.

idk it was a rokc quary truck, but i was passing one when i was gettin on the free way.
but its about the size of a quarter(including cracks), so i doubt it is big enough for my insurance to replace it
The smaller the spot the cheaper it is to fix it.......... if it's fixable....... Drop by a glass place, and just ask 'em.. they'll tell you whether or not they can fix it.
