Default Will a 1994 Cobra 8.8 rear end fit into a 2003 V6 Coupe?

I believe the '94-98 rear ends are approximately 1.5" narrower than the '99-04 models. So no, it will not work. You will need one from a '99-04.

Plus what do you need that sized rear end for? The stock one can handle a good amount of hp.. What are you pushing to the wheels? Or what are you planning to push?

Yes it will fit, but the axle lenghts are different as stated above and there will be no provisions for your ABS system. I did this swap recently with 7.5's, and didn't care if my ABS worked or not. Now my traction control is permanently off.

I can get it cheaper than the t-lock for the 7.5.

I don't have a ABS so that won't be an issue.

Will the shocks, spings, control arms along with anything else line up properly? Is there any modding needed?

I was under the impression that the '99-04 housings were wider than the '94-98 housings, not just the axle length. I know the 7.5" and 8.8" housings are the same width from '86-98, only the axle length changed to accomodate disc brakes. Unless the GT housings are wider than the V6 housings in the '99-04's.

No, they will work fine, but you'll need wider wheels.

Bolts right in.

same platform - bolts right in, just need to compensate in the wheels.
