It stands for Intake Manifold Runner Control. It can cause rough idle if stuck open. With the IMRC open, which I believe was Tex's situation, more air is introduced at the wrong time which has the potential of leaning out the mixture. Thats why his dyno showed low hp numbers before he fixed it.

Suspension: Eibach Pro kit, Tokico Blue Shocks and Struts, MM CC Plates, LCA, rear sway bar

Performance: Mass Air System, True Dual exhaust, intake spacer, built jmodded tranny

Mods currently either sitting at home being shipped: Fully ported and polished Heads and intake, 218/224 cam, 4.10 gears with detroit locker, HID kit and Zex kit

It would be easier to trade yours in on a GT. I would spend that money on better mods or a new car.

whoa, dead thread revival warning!!!!



i canned this idea about 6 months ago, now im doing the m90(supercharger) swap,


and im actually doin it, img etting everything in a week or 2
