1/3 can goes to the oil, 1/3 can goes to gas, 1/3 can goes to Throttle body.

Most people do power steering pump as well, but I don't see the use...

It's a $6 can if you can find it at an automotive shop. Kragen Auto Parts had it out here but I'm not sure if you've got a Kragen by you....

Taken from a third gen camaro message board, credit goes to sonix:

It's a can of magic liquid. You can add it to:
-A vacuum line while running to clean the intake manifold and combustion chambers (common use)
-gas tank to clean everything from tank to combustion chambaewr
-engine oil, to clean the lubrication system.
Comes in a white metal can, about 750ml I think, they say you need one cup per use, so one can would do do all three uses if you want.
Through the vacuum lines is the most common use I believe. The car will smoke like a banshee for a few minutes, then you know it's squeaky clean inside.

You want to let it suck it up at a rate that WON'T let the engine stall. Let it drink slowly, while you hold the RPMs up so it won't stall. Then once you're almost out of the stuff, FLOOD THE ENGINE with the fluid so it stalls. Let it die.
Let it sit for a minute, then crank it over and get it started. It'll smoke like a chimney for a little bit.
seafoam users inside please! - Tech / General Engine - Third Generation F-Body Message Boards
Is the link to the thread.. lots of good info inside, enjoy!

there's a stop in the tank way before you get to the VERY top of the tank. But it's recommended that you do it when your lower on fuel that way the seafoam can make it through the tank better.

Just make sure you do seafoam right before you do an oil change or else all the gunk is just going to be floating around the engine....

Putting it into the gas tank has one problem, it cleans it. Could gunk up your fuel filter. Just saying that incase you do it and your car runs bad afterwards.
