Default 2004 Mustang V6 Mods, also T-56 swap

So here is my plan for my car:
Motoblue UD pulley(14hp/8ft-lbs)
KB Extreme Matrix System, Strut Tower Brace
Gt takeoff rear sway bar
Intake Spacer(5hp/7ft-lbs)
SSM Stage 2+ Power Pack(80hp/70ft-lbs)
Detroit Tru-Trac LSD
(I like the gears i have i think it accelerates just fine)
TA Rear End Girdle
BBK Valve Covers, (I Know just for looks, no performance)
Rear Seat Delete Kit( I don't ever have more than one other person in my car anyway)
Bullitt 17x8 on the front
Bullitt 17x9 on the rear both wrapped with BFGoodrich g-Force sports
and finally a SCT X3 Tuner(17hp/20ft-lbs)
I will be running naturally aspirated, made up my mind against the procharger, so what do you think?
What do you think the real gains will be, i already have the demolet cai and true dual exhaust, i am not getting it dynoed until i buy all the stuff and install it, but i would like to know about how much rwhp and ft-lbs torque i will have after the mods. Also KS, i think i saw something about you switching to a T-56 transmission eventually, what would i need to do to swap the transmissions out? I currently have a t5.

With the extra power you might think about upgrading your clutch.
I don't know much about the t-56 swap but it sounds really interesting. Just think about the mileage you can get with 6 gears

T56 swap is very expensive, and you should probably do gears.

its not too bad, its only more expensive if you want upgraded components. You can buy a T-56 for about $2500 which aint too shabby.

If you do get a T-56 the stock gearing + the v6 motor won't be able to handle the higher gears, so you'll be burning more gas to keep the car moving than you would with a 5 speed. Make sure you go with 3.73's or higher to retain a good amount of gas mileage and power.

We have somewhat similar goals, but I'm a little ahead of ya haha

The intake spacer really wont give you very much horsepower, it's not worth it if you're running N/A.

Other than that man you'll be doing relatively well

Can I suggest a place to buy a rear seat delete kit at? I'm buying mine from them just for the fact you can customize it anyway you want!

Delete Kit Designs

The guy does high quality work, I've seen some of his designs in person at a Mustang Club of San Diego Meeting. Absolutely stunning, I'll be doing his vinyl kit, soooo sexy haha

And I guess you think the t-56 just bolts up? This would be assuming the computer doesn't have to be changed / flashed? And assuming he did all the work himself? 2,500$ Isn't bad, but you can get a fully built bullet proof t5 for that price.

Stanger's dyno is just a bit questionable (actually its very questionable) What mods are you trying to ball park?

you don't give me very much credit man, I know that the T-56 doesn't bolt right up. I never said it did. I just said for the basic transmission $2500 isn't bad.
