I saw these on youtube, and feel in love. I was wondering if anyone had these installed or has seen them, on a sn-95 model. If so do you have a video, and did they look good on the sn-95s? I've seen them on the newer model Mustangs.
I put them on my '08 a few weeks ago. They are definitely cool and I use the turn signals more, I think. Can't tell anything from inside the car.
The brake lights turn on in sequential manner, too. That might be a little safety factor for someone following who isn't paying attention 100%, like 100% of drivers out there.
Very easy to install, too. There is a harness that replaces the stock harness at the taillights. Just plug and play. Makes the inboard light useful as brake and turn signal.

Adding sequential rear turn directionals is the only modification I've ever made to my '96 mystic Cobra (ordered 8/29/95 and received 2/28/96). They look good on the '96 but the '05 and up Mustang taillights are even better suited for sequentials. However, nobody has ever seen my sequentials since I've never driven the car and it still has just the 7 miles on the odometer it had when it got to the dealership.

Sweet, you think it would be to much trouble to take a short video? I would love to see them.
I have been wanting some sequential taillights for a long time now...they look real cool and you don't see many cars with them. They are going on my Christmas list!

Get them! i have them on my 03 and my sisters bf has them on his 06 and everyone goes wild for them. they dont go side to side when you brake, they are solid. They only blink sequentially while you have your blinker down. If you do get them make sure you leave the blinker down. Also mine dont go side to side as fast as the ones in the video so i dont know if the ones for the s197 models are faster. either way be careful and make sure you leave the signal level down for a second or two. I had a state trooper follow me on the highway and i only tapped the blinker real quick so only 1-2 lights blinked. the dick pulled me over and gave me a ticket for not using my blinker. ($400 ticket in NJ). I tried to explain that I have sequential tail lights and he said quote: "Modifications are no excuse for breaking the law." i hate cops..
