If I were you, I would put 2 black stripes running the full length of the hood, up on top of the cab, down the trunk and possibly down the back of the bumper and you could also put the stripes down the front of the bumber

I just got my spoiler painted flat black. It looks pretty sweet. I don't particularly care for full length body stripes on new edge mustangs, so I'm going with the Mach 1 style hood stripe. And besides, since I have a brand new hood that needs to be painted anyways, I'm getting it done for a steal.

Remember that by adding smaller pinstripe accents around/to the sides of your bold stripes you can really create a difference in overall look. And if you go a shade darker or lighter with these accents you add even more distinctness to your look.

You may want to take photoshop (or similar program) and put the stripes on with that and play with it so see what really talks to you. I have done this for folks in the past with not only stripes but new wheels and even entire paint jobs. A little time and playing around can save you lots of money and heartache later because what you had in your head didn't end up being quite right when done.

.... just an idea...

Default stripes

I attached a couple pics. The original roush stripe decals are still available online if you don't want to paint them on.

Heres a ton of examples..
