Does a CAI make the sound of your exhaust a little bit deeper and throatier? just wondering thaks

I haven't noticed any difference in my exhaust tone but the intake makes a cool sound itself. You can hear it sucking in the air kinda like a turbo

lol well yea it does sound good... i enjoy the sound too but for some reason mine will hum sometimes?

but anywho i have heard it does change the sound of the exhaust but i never noticed a difference

I like the sound of the actual intake. But no , In my exp It does not change the sound of the exhaust.

Yeah i installed a CAI in my 3.8 and sometimes it makes a humming kind of whooooo sound but i like the sound when you shift gears like a turbo
