I was wonering if headers would give my car better performance, more hp, make my exhaust louder and which is better: long or short headers?

Long, but there are cheaper ways to make the same power.

It all depends on your cars set up...if your not running an all out N/A set up or a blower then the gains wouln't be too impressive...your exhaust sound will improve regardless tho.

that would be my last mod that I would do. Because the stock design actually flows ok. Their good till you get either a killer na setup or a supercharger.
