so i was wondering if they made a kit for the 98 3.8 mustang that included both the throttle body and the chip. i can't afford the tb the chip and a tuner, so i figured if it was in a kit the chip would be pre-tuned for some optimal hp. thanks guys

throttle body does no good w/o some form of forced induction and a chip is outdated technology. You are better off just getting a tuner.

The TB wont give any noticable power maybe 3-5 hp. The Tuner would be good for 10-12 hp and about 15 tq. What makes the tuner especially more usefull is that it can be used to recalibrate for other mods. If you get gears you adjust your speedometer for them, and if you want to dyno tune you will need it to comply with the tuners software.

Whats up with all these questions about the TB lately...they are worthless for the money right now stick to the regular boltons until you have enough saved up to do big engine mods..
