I want to put some stripes on my Mustang. I am thinking this for the hood...

And dual 8 inch flat-black rally stripes from the windshield back. Do yall think this would be a good combination?

AND I finally got my Mach 1 rims on. They look so good.

i say do what makes you happy and what you think looks good.it should be a nice look,just take your time on the install.

Not yet. Still deciding. I have the reverse-style hood. so I think the dual stripes down the whole car might look weird (?)... I will post some pics when I get it done (within 3 weeks...)

If it's red, I would say gloss. If it was a lighter color, the flat would look good....

That is sharp. I still can't decide if I want the stripes down the whole car or not. I did, however, find some 40th Anniv. rocker strips that I have to get.

Sorry to bring back a dead thread, but I thought you guys would like to see my progress. My hood and roller stripes are put on hold until Friday or so. Here are some pictures of the new rocker stripe and Mach 1 rims...

Thanks. Ian, I would love to do stripes down the whole car but with the hood I have (reverse), I don't like the way the tapered look on it. If I don't like it, I can always change it. Just trying to be different.
