Default 1996 Mustang 3.8 coolant leak

I need a second opinion, fearing I already know the answer. Wife was driving the car about to pull in drive. Check engine light came on, flashing. Came home and found the following:

coolant coming out of exhaust. Engine alittle rough. Coolant level down, refilled, was not under pressure. Did a compression test. All cylinders good, except number 3, coolant inside. Does have pressure, plug fouled by coolant.

Oil checked and fine, no water. Many codes, cylinder 6 misfire, o2 sensor, what you would expect with coolant in exhaust.

I feel good that the block is fine, hoping head gasket more than anything else. Anyone else have something like this. Just want to make sure im not missing some hidden pipe or something. Going to tear into it friday.

Head gasket, no doubt.......

Make sure you drain the oil immediately and leave the drain plug out. You don't want antifreeze to leak down past your rings and get mixed in with the oil. It will fry your bearings.
